I have compiled a list of all things I believe a couple needs to ensure the most incredible wedding experience possible and I have decided it would not be fair to our clients to offer anything less than that; and this is how "The Wedding Experience" was born. I want our couples to feel comfortable, to have time with their friends and family, to have stunning portraits of the two of them that showcase their love and joy and last but not least, our couples deserve to have a wedding day that is stress-free. The "Wedding Experience" is designed to give them just that!

Each Session includes 3 hours of Shooting Time, Basic Editing, an Online Gallery with Instant Download of Final Images and a Print Release.

Do you recommend Engagement Shoots?

Not only do I recommend them, but I am such an advocate of engagement shoots that I’ve included a complimentary engagement session in the Wedding Experience. “Why” you ask? If you’re anything like me, getting in front of a camera can be somewhat daunting, so an engagement shoot is the perfect way to ease into getting comfortable in front of a camera before your big day. It’s during the engagement session that I get to teach our couples how we work, our basic posing and become comfortable with one another! The trust that is built during that first session is invaluable, THIS is how I’m able to capture beautiful and authentic portraits on a wedding day! (You can also use these photos as decorations at your wedding, as wedding invites or for sign-in books, etc. - ask about these options!) Engagement sessions are 2.5hrs and include up to 60 miles of travel.

Do we get digital files?

Absolutely! I think it’s important for my clients to have those files and have the ability to use, print and share them as they’d like.

How are the digital files delivered?

You will receive them in 2 ways. 1) Via an online gallery that you can share with friends and family. It is easily accessible on any computer, mobile device or tablet. Not only can you and your friends and family easily download the images they like; you can even order prints direct from the gallery at very affordable prices from printing facilities only available to professional photographers. 2) Each couple receives a custom USB drive for safekeeping.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No. I do offer a selection of high quality canvas and print options to keep it simple, but you are more than welcome to order prints wherever you’d like. I try to make things as easy and as convenient as possible for my clients, so the print order system built directly into the online gallery you’ll receive is just that! Prices are very affordable and the prints are printed at an amazing production facility that works solely with professional photographers and delivers directly to your home in just a few days. Quick and painless!

Do you use a Second Photographer?

Yes, absolutely! A 2nd photographer is invaluable in being able to capture every tear, every laugh, every hug, every detail and every piece of magic that happens throughout the day. This is why I include a 2nd photographer as a requirement in the Wedding Experience. It is nearly impossible for 1 photographer to be able to capture everything that happens on a wedding day (although we try our absolute best - we can’t be in two places at once), and as I strive to deliver only the best possible experience for our clients, I felt it would be a disservice to not include one.

Do you travel for destination shoots?

Yes, yes and YES! I am a self-proclaimed travel-addict. If I’m not traveling to shoot your wedding, you’ll probably find me traveling somewhere anyways. I can’t get enough of it. So, mixing travel and photography is always a pleasure!

How do I reserve you for our wedding day?

I only need two things to reserve your date. These are 1) the signed wedding agreement (which is done online), and 2) a $750 retainer. Once we have talked (preferably in-person or skype) and made sure your wedding date is available and that we would be a good fit for you on your big day, I’ll send you the agreement to sign. Payment can be made in the form of CASH or CHECK. Once those two things are done – I will put it on my calendar and the date is officially yours!

Anything else we should know about you?

The most important part of photography for me is genuine storytelling. My priority leading up to your wedding day is to really learn and understand who you are as a couple and capture that relationship in its truest form and in all of its beauty. My goal is to freeze those precious moments and memories so that they can be re-lived and re-told for generations to come. It would be an absolute honor to be invited into your lives to capture the beauty and magic that happens on your day.
