Living in Los Angeles it is incredibly rare to see snow, let alone shoot in it.  So, needless to say, when Jane from the incredible Jane Alexandra Events reached out with her vision of putting together a winter styled shoot up in Frazier Park, I eagerly jumped at the opportunity!  This shoot was an absolute dream come true and I’m so thrilled to be able to share it with you!

To say everything came together beautifully would be an understatement.  In all honesty, I had to pinch myself as I watched this scene being set up.  It was like Jane had envisioned and brought to life my very own magical winter wonderland with the rich/moody colors, the incredible choice of flowers by Darlingtonia Designs, the insanely epic cake created by Sweet Art Bake Shop, the beautiful artistry that went into designing the stationery and all of the calligraphy by Mason Alley Calligraphy.  Not to mention the gorgeous and unique wedding dress by Sweet Caroline Style worn by our beautiful ice queen of a model, Alina.

The sheer amount of talent that came together for this shoot was inspiring and I’m so grateful to have been able to participate!  And of course, a huge shout out to our beautiful models, Alina and Brandon, who not only knocked this shoot out of the park, but they did so in the snow PLUS heavy rain towards the end of it.  You guys were amazing and such troopers, thank you so much!

If you know me at all, you know I’m never one to say something like this as I truly hate being cold… but, can it just be winter again already?!  In the unlikely event that it starts snowing again tomorrow, I’ll just be over here reliving this beautiful day for a while.
