In 2020, just under 30,000 couples were married in DFW (still waiting on the official stats for 2021 weddings, but I would imagine that number was significantly higher.) Therefore, you must assume there would be quite a few wedding venues in Dallas TX to be able to host that number of weddings. And you’d be right; there are well over 250 venues in and around the DFW metroplex alone! And while this might feel daunting as you begin your search for your own perfect Dallas Texas wedding venue, you can also be reassured that that means you have a ton of variety to choose from!

One Preston Events (in Gunter)
One Preston Event Venues is a family-owned venue complex in Gunter, Texas just 20 minutes north of Frisco. The impressive and sprawling venue was beautifully created with clean and tasteful interiors and exteriors and finished with unique touches including rustic barn doors and beautiful chandeliers. The different spaces are very unique and serve as a beautiful backdrop for any wedding or special event.

La Bella Luna (in Granbury)
La Bella Luna is a beautiful wedding venue located just 7 miles south of Historic Granbury Square. The European-inspired venue sits on 10-acres of wooded property. And while the venue is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown, it still feels like you are in another world. With beautiful stone architecture, wooded areas, fountains, a pond, and even a charming secret garden, this venue offers a uniquely intimate and romantic atmosphere for your special day.

Covered Bridge (in Springtown)
Covered Bridge Venue is located just 25 minutes northwest of Fort Worth near Springtown. After entering the gates of the property you will cross the beautiful covered bridge that gave this venue its name. The hilltop wedding venue is beautifully nestled in the North Texas landscape. It provides complete privacy on over 100 acres of lush landscaping with beautiful flowers and wildlife.

Montclair Wedding Venue (in Colleyville)
The Montclair Wedding Venue is a gorgeous, French-inspired estate with modern finishes and details to bring together the best of both worlds. The Castle at Rockwall (in Rockwall)
The Castle at Rockwall is a breathtaking medieval-inspired castle estate on ten acres only 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. Saying that this is a unique wedding venue is an understatement. If you are picturing yourself getting married like royalty this is the Dallas wedding venue for you!
While the medievalesque architecture is definitely impressive, the 8,000 square feet of flawlessly designed interior leaves nothing to be desired. The Castle at Rockwall, with its remarkable architecture and immaculate landscaping, is one of the best wedding venues in Dallas Texas for those dreaming of a fairytale wedding that will leave an everlasting impression on your guests.

The Milestone | Denton (in Krum)
The Milestone Mansion is a classic and elegant wedding venue set on 15 lush acres. The high ceilings, white walls, gorgeous crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows make for a timeless backdrop. They have indoor and outdoor ceremony + reception locations. But their most picturesque ceremony location is on their back lawn with a gazebo and dock that overlooks their pond.
This Southern-style mansion is also part of the Walter Weddings Estate venues. Hotel Crescent Court (in Dallas)
There is no doubt that the Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas is quintessentially Texan. After its 30 million dollar remodel the uptown hotel is a true sight to see. Chapel Venues
Chapel at Ana Villa (in Colleyville)
When considering indoor Dallas TX wedding venues, The Chapel at Ana Villa is a great one. This beautiful venue in The Colony, Tx is home to a spacious chapel and two unique Spanish-style reception halls. “La Cava” ballroom is perfect for a smaller, more intimate reception and, as the name indicates, embodies a Spanish wine room. The Grand Ballroom is much bigger in size, with neutral tones, and features a cozy fireplace and a beautiful staircase.

Bella Donna Chapel (in McKinney)
One of the most picturesque chapels in all of North Texas is the stunning Bella Donna Chapel. This replica of a 16th-century Croatian chapel is located in the incredibly unique and quaint Croatian-inspired village: Adriatica Village in McKinney. You truly feel like you’ve been transported back in time walking these picturesque cobblestone streets. The inside decor is out of this world, so there are very few additional decorations needed. However, the chapel does supply candles. They also have a small outdoor space along the water for a reception that can fit up to 50 people and 2 other event spaces within eyesight of the chapel to host larger receptions. You can also rent their Bell Tower Bridal Suite to get ready in for $300 (includes 3hrs).

Lazy S Hacienda (in Weatherford)
The Lazy S Hacienda combines luxury and eco-friendly state-of-the-art facilities as a one-of-a-kind event venue. This remarkable private property is set on 40 acres of lush countryside just west of Fort Worth Texas.
When you choose the Hacienda, you have exclusive rental of the entire property. You can even rent it out for the entire weekend and stay on-site with your closest friends and family!
Part of what makes The Lazy S Hacienda so special are the unique details of the aesthetics (Modern Mexican). Including, the local artisan work included in the creation of the venue. Don’t forget their unique offerings – including luxury cars and gorgeous horses as well!

The Venue at Boyd Farm (in Lavon)
Nestled in North Dallas, just 30 minutes from downtown, and just a few minutes away from Rockwall’s historic downtown and Lake Ray Hubbard. Boyd Farm is located on 35 acres of natural beauty with breathtaking views of the ponds and sunset. The grand ballroom gives off industrial vibes with an abundance of natural light. It’s a blank canvas for the wedding party to design however they wish.

The Big White Barn (in Decatur)
The owners built The Big White Barn on three basic principles:
- Create something truly beautiful
- Offer a place for the community to come together
- Create a place where families are born and supported
Because the Big White Barn is often described as “rustic”. However, the owners have also strived to bring a vintage beauty to their venue from the antique vanities in the bridal suite, to the lights and draping in the main areas. They might best be described as Rustic Elegance.

Oasis Tranquilo (in Granbury)
Oasis Tranquilo is a unique wedding venue only 5 miles from Granbury’s historic square that will take you from “the heart of Texas, to the tropics of Texas”. The owners, Vicki and Tracy, carefully planned the size of the venue, allowing for events averaging up to 200 guests. A number that accommodates larger weddings, but still has a feeling of quaintness.
Walking into the venue, you get a feeling of an old Spanish Mission. The color palette is that of historic Mexico, with plenty of cedar effects and vibrant combinations of paint. It is a blended look that gives the whole venue an upscale and relaxed atmosphere.

The Bella Vita Ranch (in Stephenville)
The Bella Vita Ranch is a unique Tuscan-style wedding venue situated west of Stephenville, Texas. Beautiful rural views, indoor and outdoor wedding ceremony and reception options, and infinite photo opportunities are all available at this venue.

And they also have a projector with a big screen and seating around fire pits for a nice break from the party.
