Knotting Hill Place | Ashley + Andre Wedding

I first met up with Ashley and Andre when I did their engagements at Prairie Creek Park in the fall of 2022. I loved their love story back then, and it was so lovely to witness their tying of the knot at Knotting Hill Place as their Dallas wedding photographer. Their vows were so vulnerable and heartfelt, even I had to keep giving myself pep talks to keep it together while soaking up my tears from behind the camera! So let me share just a few details from their incredible day.

Meant to Be

But first, a quick fun story surrounding her ring:

Ashley loves rose gold jewelry. They had seen this specific ring in a store shortly after they started dating (she said she loved it— the rose gold element specifically—and he just nonchalantly blew it off). What she didn’t know is he secretly took pictures, remembered what it was, and went back for it once he was ready to propose. How sweet is that!!

A Beautiful Ceremony at Knotting Hill Place

At their Knotting Hill Place wedding, they had friends and family come in from all over the country. It was a beautiful turnout of their favorite people. The love in the room was palpable. And the day itself was just so much fun.

Ashley looked like a dang queen in her wedding gown. I don’t see removable sleeves very often, but they added such a regal touch. The sleeves gave the entire ceremony an extra special touch of elegance.

Knotting Hill Place has an abundance of wonderful portrait spots! I personally loved the manicured grounds, the gazebo and the water feature! Let alone the stunning and unique architecture of the venue building itself. You can spend all afternoon shooting around this incredible property – the backdrops are absolutely endless.
