Maggie and Diego are two of the most genuinely kind and loving people and their Malibu estate wedding was every bit as lovely as I could have imagined it would be. I am so excited to finally be able to share their wedding today!

The Wedding Day

Maggie and Diego chose to get married at the beautiful Deer Creek Ridge estate that’s perched upon a cliff, enclosed by mountains, and overlooks the ocean in Malibu, CA. It was a truly spectacular backdrop. One of the things that stuck out the most to me was how they chose to decorate the space; their flowers/foliage of choice was so unique and Mireyas Flowers did an incredible job bringing their vision to life. The neutral tones really enhanced the earthy vibe of the venue and added such a neat feel to their wedding!

I’m sure no one that knows Maggie would be surprised to hear that she looked like an absolute queen in her Essense of Australia wedding gown and beautiful tiara! While Diego was looking exceptionally suave in his tux by Kiraz Bridal and Tux. Together they looked like royalty, which was absolutely fitting for this lovely couple.

There were so many beautiful and special moments throughout their wedding day. From the personal message Maggie had stitched into her veil, the sweet pendant on her bouquet keeping her father close to her heart on her special day, the butterfly release they did after their ceremony (mirroring her quinceanera with her father), the unique platform they built to stand on during the ceremony, the sweet and heartfelt vows and speeches and all the laughter that was shared in between.

It couldn’t have been a more beautiful celebration for such a beautiful couple. They are truly gorgeous, inside and out. Their joy and laughter were contagious and it was an absolute pleasure to document their special day!
