THE VENUE
The Montclair Wedding Venue is a gorgeous, French-inspired estate with modern finishes and details to bring together the best of both worlds. The exterior, with its elegant architecture, white stonework and beautiful lush greenery, is reminiscent of the small chateau found along the Loire River in central France. Inside, after entering through the grand front doors into a soaring entrance hall, you’ll find the venue sparkling, from every angle, with crystal chandeliers and glossy marble floors. Huge windows throughout let in stunning natural light, giving the whole building a very elegant and airy feel.
Most couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at Montclair Wedding Venue. And with the beautiful bride and groom suites on-site, it offers the perfect opportunity for your friends and family to settle in and enjoy your full wedding day in one location. This is a huge bonus if you’ve been dreaming of a more relaxed and intimate wedding day. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating and will help ensure your wedding day goes off without a hitch!
Getting Ready Suites
The two getting-ready rooms are luxurious and spacious suites that allow wedding parties to prep together without feeling cramped. Downstairs, you’ll find the bride’s room lush with soft and plentiful seating, fluffy rugs, and elegant blush walls. The suite includes an enormous three-paneled mirror, which serves as a beautiful location for photos; vanity mirrors and high stools for hair and makeup; a private restroom; cabinets for the wedding party to throw everything into before photos start (which is a photographer’s dream and means beautiful and clutter-free getting-ready photos for you); and a live feed of the chapel.
The upstairs getting-ready room, usually for the guys, comes complete with a comfortable couch, television and a shuffleboard table for additional entertainment.
The Chapel
The chapel is a long white room with lots of natural light. It can comfortably seat up to 200 guests in the permanent wooden pews that lead to a slightly raised platform backed by vintage arched windows. We love the simple and neutral design of this chapel as it makes it easy to decorate to match your specific wedding aesthetic. But it’s also elegant enough to still be beautiful if left just as it is. The high vaulted ceiling also reminds us of the Old World cathedrals of Europe.
After the ceremony, guests move right into the foyer for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Their grand marble staircase is always a focal point – and usually the selfie spot of choice for guests! They also have a stunning mirrored bar that provides the perfect backdrop for elegant beverage service.
The Reception Hall
The ballroom has soaring 18-foot ceilings, but all eyes are drawn immediately to the 6 gorgeous chandeliers that hang throughout the room. The walls of the ballroom are a cool dark grey with unique gold trim. And the flooring, a beautiful dark hardwood. The coloring makes the ballroom a beautiful backdrop for any palette, acting as a neutral without being plain white. And their champagne diamond-back Chiavari chairs are both lovely and comfortable for your guests. The luxe ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests – including a dance floor.
The Terrace
The ballroom leads out onto a beautiful back terrace lined with lush green trees and accented by beautiful vines. The terrace is perfect for photos, lawn games, and late nights treats like s’mores!
THE EXPERIENCE
Montclair is a gorgeous venue with luxury amenities, a flare for the details and exceptional customer service. They offer several different packages so that you may choose the perfect amount of time for your special day. From a few quick photos before the ceremony to a full day of lounging and partying, they offer custom options to best fit the vibe for your big day.
Venue rental at Montclair Wedding Venue includes the use of both getting-ready rooms, tables, chairs, plates, glasses and silverware. You will also have additional time for a photoshoot prior to the day of your event that can be used for engagement sessions or bridal portraits!
They have a few add-on items that must be booked exclusively through them. The two most popular are photo booths and lighting (eg: colored uplighting – which is fantastic for photos – and pin spots). In addition, they also offer stages for bands and sweetheart tables, stage facades, boxwood walls, neon signs, dance floors, chargers, confetti showers, and more!

They are fully indoors for ceremony and reception – which is always a great option when considering Texas’ unpredictable weather!
Ceremony Chapel, Reception Ballroom, Separate Bridal Suite and Groom Room, Outdoor Terrace, Round Guest Tables, Buffet Tables, Cocktail Tables, and Chairs, Built-in Bar, China, Flatware, and Glassware.
On Saturdays, the venue rates start at $6,995. All catering quotes are custom, and food and beverage minimums vary throughout the year. Most couples spend between $15,000 and $25,000 for the venue and catering on a Saturday.
The Montclair wedding venue requires catering, linens, photo booths, lighting, and staging to be booked through them. They also offer several upgraded items in-house to make your wedding planning experience easier. For your major vendors, such as photography and videography, cake, floral, planning/coordinating, and entertainment, you may bring in anyone you like!
Their exclusive caterer is CN Catering. CN Catering is an award-winning caterer that has been in business in the DFW area for almost 20 years. Their menu is extensive, including a variety of regional options for South Asian, African, or Middle Eastern couples – and the food is delicious. Their staff provides excellent service and they are super versatile when it comes to events! Each quote is unique to the client, taking into account your preferences, guest count and budget.
Parking is super easy! Their dedicated lot includes 80 parking spots and they are able to use their neighbor’s lots on weekends for any overflow.
The Montclair Wedding Venue is a mere 15 minutes away from DFW airport. So, they are surrounded by accommodation options at all price points. One of their favorite local options is the Hilton Southlake, which is located within Southlake Town Square and allows guests to take advantage of shops, restaurants, and local entertainment without driving anywhere!
