We were all set to do their e’session at the LA County Fair initially when we got yet another heat wave warning (am I the only one who is incredibly excited for fall/winter to come already?!) and decided it might be a better option to shoot closer to the coast where it would at least be a few degrees cooler – so that’s what we did and I’m so glad that we did because we started in this beautiful canyon, Solstice Canyon, and the lighting and scenery just could not have been more perfect for this gorgeous couple!!
We moved to Leo Carrillo State Beach after the canyon and it was foggier than I’d ever seen this area before, but I think it created such a cool and unique mood for the last portion of their session!
The way these two look at each other and interact is absolutely adorable! They just lit up every single time they looked each other’s way. And as if that weren’t cute enough, as we were leaving the beach, Scott actually walked next to Chelsea and held her dress up for her to make it easier for her to walk. I mean, I’ve seen guys hold lots of things for their women, purses, jackets, etc; but to hold her dress up like that… hands down one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen!!
I had such a blast spending the afternoon with these two at Solstive Canyon and Leo Carrillo State Beach and can hardly wait for their wedding next year!!
