I first met Natalie at her sister, Diana’s, engagement session back in 2016 and again later that year at Diana and David’s wedding. So I was doubly excited and honored when she reached out to me last year saying it was her turn to get married!!
The Wedding Day
The day began at St. Lorenzo Ruiz Catholic Church where they had their ceremony. The stained glass windows/mosaics at the front and back of the church made for a beautiful backdrop to their vibrant wedding. Once the ceremony was over, we made our way over to Claremont to take some portraits of the sweet newlyweds! Since we did their engagement photos at a park, they wanted a different feel for their wedding portraits. So we sought out some beautiful doors, archways, and other architecture to incorporate into these photos. I think the short trek across town was worth every second as were able to capture some incredibly beautiful photos of them – just wait and see! They both looked amazing.
We then made our way over to Coco Palms Restaurant for their reception. And boy was this venue stunning! Their reception took place on a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. They had their First Dance as the sun started to set and it somehow just got more and more beautiful as the night went on.
The evening was filled with lots of laughter and some tears – mostly due to some extremely heartfelt toasts from the beautiful Maid of Honor (Diana!) and the Best Man (Alfred’s dad – how sweet is that!?) It was the perfect celebration for this sweet couple!
I had such a blast with you Natalie and Alfred. Your wedding was gorgeous and I’m so honored to have been able to capture it. I wish you two all the best in this next chapter of your lives together!
