THE VENUE
One Preston Event Venues is a family-owned venue complex in Gunter, Texas just 20 minutes north of Frisco. The impressive and sprawling venue was beautifully created with clean and tasteful interiors and exteriors and finished with unique touches including rustic barn doors and beautiful chandeliers. The different spaces are very unique and serve as a beautiful backdrop for any wedding or special event.
The Carriage House
The centerpiece of One Preston Event Venues is the white carriage house which accommodates 275+ guests comfortably. Vaulted, white-washed wooden ceilings, rustic barn doors, and windows overlooking acres of beautiful landscaping are just three of the features that make this space stand out.
The Bridal Suite & Groom’s Lounge
The impressive bridal suite on the second floor of the Carriage House offers a cozy sitting area, vanities with large mirrors, a restroom, and unique windows overlooking the estate and pond.
The groom’s lounge (a silo turned into a groom’s suite) right outside the carriage house offers many amenities like comfortable lounge furniture, a flat-screen tv, and even a football table for entertainment. This also keeps a comfortable distance between the bride and groom so you don’t run into each other before your ceremony!
The Country Chapel
This quaint chapel with seating for up to 200 guests is both classic and elegant. Beautiful wooden floors, tall windows, and gorgeous wooden benches are just a few of the details that make One Preston Event Venues chapel so charming.
The Victorian Estate
The Victorian Estate with its impressive foyer is perfect for smaller, more intimate weddings. You can host your ceremony on the covered patio overlooking a fountain and the beautiful greenery and use the beautiful interior space to seat up to 100 guests for your wedding reception.
While smaller in size than the Carriage House the Victorian Estate at Preston Event Venues is not lacking amenities. Both the bridal suite and groom’s room are decorated with attention to detail.

They do allow outside vendors, but all vendors that are not on their preferred vendor list must provide COI and complete a form at least 60 days prior to the wedding. (Which is a standard procedure and your vendors should absolutely already have insurance!)
